It was a gloomy, rainy, windy night, and all the houses on Grant Street were huddled close to the ground. All, that is, except for Number 15. He was the proud wearer of a new roof from Value Roofing, and had nothing to fear from weather like this. He called out to one of his neighbors, Number 17, “You look a little sad Number 17. What’s the matter?”
Number 17 grumbled, “Of course I am sad, with this wind lifting my shingles and my attic getting wet. I bet you’ll be having the same problem in a few years too.”
The response from Number 15 was gleeful, “No I won’t. Roofs from Value Roofing are protected by three different warranties. A three year leak warranty, three year craftsmanship warranty and a whopping 30 year shingle warranty! And Value Roofing builds the most affordable roofs in Nashville at that!”
“Really,” called Number 20, from across the street, “I will have to talk to my owner about that. It looks so great and I bet you’re all warm and dry too. But what about the look? Do they match my owner’s guttering and downpipes?”
“Of course,” replied Number 15, “and in a variety of styles to suit anybody, or building! I heard that when your owner calls they get to speak to a real person, not one of those horrible robot answering systems, no matter what time of day you call.”
Number 22 asked, “When they send someone out to give your owner an estimate, how will you know they are really from the company? I’m very protective of my owner and he is elderly, and people love to scam the elderly.”
“When someone came out to talk to my owner, we found out it was the owner of the company himself! He comes out to each and every estimate himself, personally. I think that is so cool. He also gives your owner a free estimate right there and then, no waiting around, and no paying survey fees up front just for your owner to find out they can’t afford it.”
Number 17 said, “That sounds too good to be true. Do they clean up after themselves? Most builders leave a torrid mess everywhere.”
Number 15 asked, “Remember when they were doing my roof? Did you see them laying tarps to cover the ground, and sweeping up nails? They want to leave the ground as perfect as the roof. They make sure the roof is perfect with an industry unique inspection process throughout the project, and quality control inspectors check to ensure the roof meets all required specifications. So, your owner doesn’t have to do a thing. He just calls, they come out, your owner gets the quote, and then they do the all the work.”
And as they settled down for the night, the Grant Street houses vowed to never experience this kind of discomfort again. As each looked into their own future, it was much brighter. And after all, why wouldn’t it be? A roof from Value Roofing was on their horizon.
